Building inspection

Several Types of Building Inspections Are Available Based on Your Needs:

1. Pre-Purchase Inspection:

An evaluation conducted before purchasing a property to identify potential issues.

2. Pre-Sale Inspection:

Performed prior to selling a property to avoid surprises and facilitate the transaction.

3. Pre-Delivery Inspection:

For new buildings, this inspection takes place before taking possession to ensure everything is compliant.

4. Building Health Assessment (BHA):

A general evaluation of the building's condition, including an inventory of major repairs to be completed, along with budget estimates.

5. Specialized Inspection:

Focused on specific components such as the roof, foundation, masonry, or mechanical systems.

The goal of the inspection is to identify both major and minor defects in a property. This includes structural issues, electrical systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, exterior layout, as well as aspects related to safety and energy efficiency.

An inspection is not exhaustive and does not guarantee the complete absence of defects. Some issues may be hidden or not visible at the time of the inspection.

Depending on the number of findings noted by the inspector, a detailed and concise report with photos will be sent to you by email within 48 to 72 hours following the inspection. We ensure that you receive a clear and accurate picture of the property's condition.

For your peace of mind, we carry professional liability insurance, providing full protection.
